The time now is 02:08 PM. Have found that Removing the Skype toolbar from Add-ons is the only way, but, it defeats what i am trying to do. This is irrelevant. I believe this can also occur due to adware/spyware plug-ins, so resetting IE to defaults may help as well as running an AntiVirus/AntiMalware scan.
I am having a problem and it was because of looking for a answer that i came across the above. http://vgadownload.com/error-signature/error-signature-appname-outlook-exe.html I was unable to check the version therefore. I dont get to see no log in screen, no splash screen, nothing, just instantly crashes. Next steps?

This is irrelevant. Downloaded Firefox, they work perfectly in there, but i prefer Internet. No emergency calls with Skype © 2016 Skype and/or Microsoft. Check This Out Not sure if these two are two separate problems, or Joined in some way.

The indication is in the value of the offset (00005db6)This indicates that also you have an older computer with CPU not supporting the SSE2 instruction set. I haven`t got any of these toolbars but if they show up in the "Add-ons" you would be able to "disable" one without having to uninstall it.
