Error was related to IE not reponding when I entered a website and attempted to do a search eg : Secured website at work (ALDON) or at an public site like If one of them won't run then download and try to run the other one.You only need to get one of these to run, not all of them. Flash appears to work fine now and IE no longer crashes.

Uncheck "Enable Third party browser Extensions". To resolve, we have removed the following registry key and this did fix the error:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Citrix\CtxHook\AppInit_Dlls\HDXMediaStreamForFlash\iexplore.exeonly the 'iexplore.exe' was deleted, the remainder of the key was left intact. timeout was 2 seconds.DNS request timed out. I ask because the module that stopped working is typically a Microsoft Outlook add-on into the browser.
After this workaround, you won't be able to use things like google's toolbar, but at least you can use IE. I have been working on this problem on my home pc for hours when I could oh lets say be spending time working, being with my family, studying, working out whatever.
