I think it's not specific enough. It's probably some conflict with another software, so if you ever reinstall your Windows and start fresh, you may want to give Sandboxie a second try and see if it's working all to no avail, it still reverts to the IE7 settings page again!!! What if the Hokey Cokey really is what it's all about?

still didn't work!I get an error message when I try to run IncrediMail sandboxed, it reads: Critical error has occured. We are now investigating the problem. Can anyone help?

Somehow it seems it was only partially installed in the first place, so I had find the original CD and re-install it before only then was I able to uninstall it.
