Please note, this is Windows Server 2003; IIS 6.0. Granted, the error handling in this condition is a little fucked up and we can produce a more useful message. The server was not found or was not accessible. I opened all ports for the media browser in my windows firewall and I even tried to connect to the dashboard with the firewall switched off.
