Anyone have any ideas as to what's going on? We then took the 2003 off-line and out of the domain. Don't select an add-in and choose Remove. please help???? this contact form

Turns out this is obscure error and I noticed it when doing remote support. Go to File > Open > Import. If this case, the only way is to create a new profile and use it without importing data from the old .pst file.
