By the way, after you remove the PF replica and add it back, did you try to create a new outlook profile to test? But i don´t see a Microsoft Report about this issue. Not sure what the syncissue is because Outlook in cache mode can access and use the forms just fine. We were able to re-create the forms, but now get the error you receive on every 2007 client.
