If the toolchain files are extracted from zipped file via archiver only for Windows, UNIX file permissions are lost. Since searching through the internet led me to wrong solutions, I thought I'd put up the right solution here so that people can find it easily. navigate here
Does this command work? I think Anaconda might be messing it up, still investigating. I don't see it failing in it's test compilation of pagespeed.
